A Lego Watford in Canada - former Watford resident Sean Power has recreated his hometown in brick form.

Taking just under a month to complete whilst in Toronto-based Isolation, Mr Power, along with his partner Amanda Thompson, has built Watford High Street out of Lego.

Including in his tribute icons such as the flyover, the mini market and Jackson’s Jewellers, no detail was spared.

Whilst the dual national failed to keep track of the exact number of bricks used, he made sure to feature a Harry Potter figure and "Knight Bus" to honour the nearby Warner Bros. Studio tour.

First thinking about building the Hertfordshire town whilst out shopping in Watford with his partner, the 39-year-old said:

“There are lots of lovely old buildings that stand out. Next we are thinking of building a Toronto street scene with the CN Tower.

"I hope to fly over again [to Watford] soon when the restrictions are lifted and once everybody is safe and well."
