Watford’s biggest free fireworks display is set to return with a bang this Saturday (5 November).
The popular event will see crowds gather in Cassiobury Park to celebrate Bonfire Night.
Organised by Watford Borough Council, this year’s display features a variety of food and drink outlets, children’s funfair rides, bungee trampolines and a bouncy slide.
Vibe 107.6 FM will be keeping the crowds entertained on the main stage from 6pm – with presenters Lee Partridge and Chris Milligan playing today’s best tunes!
There is also live music from local band Pat & The Butchers, before the fireworks begin at 7.30pm.

Last year, over 40,000 people came together to watch the fireworks extravaganza, after the annual display was cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic. The event is expected to draw large crowds once again this year.
Speaking ahead of this Saturday’s display, Ryan Thrussell, General Manager at Vibe 107.6 FM, said: “We are once again thrilled to be hosting the entertainment in the park ahead of the free event.
“Last year was such a brilliant evening and we look forward to seeing thousands attend once again for the best display in the country.”
Visitors are encouraged to arrive in plenty of time to avoid congestion at the entrances to Cassiobury Park.
There is no parking in Gade Avenue car park from 3pm – except for a limited number of blue badge spaces, which are available on a first come first served basis.
Parking restrictions will also be in place on surrounding roads near Cassiobury Park from 7am to 11pm. Attendees are advised to park in one of the public car parks within the town centre.
Cassiobury Park Fireworks will take place this Saturday between 6pm to 8.30pm.
