The Weekender, which is organised by Watford BID, includes great food deals in many of Watford’s cafés, restaurants and sandwich shops, plus discounts in its bars, clubs and pubs. Many of the town’s big brand retailers, including John Lewis, Sainsbury’s and Marks & Spencer, as well as its smaller independents, have exclusive in-store offers or events. Plus, there are offers on leisure activities, pampering sessions and fun for the kids.

The brochure has been delivered to Watford households and will be distributed throughout the High Street over the 13th and 14th May.

Not only will there be discounts and offers galore, there will also be great live music courtesy of Vibe 1076 FM's Raw Vibes Live, with performances from a variety of artists across Watford Town centre. On Saturday, you can catch singer and acoustic guitar player Matt Wallington, Shaun Twomey and singer-songwriter Lauren Rich. Then on Sunday, there will be more fantastic music from Tom Craven as well as Martin Henshaw.
(Artists will be located at the Ketts Mall Entrance near McDonalds, near the old Gordon Scotts store in intu and on the steps by Cafe Nero, on the High Street)

11am - 1pm: Matt Wellington - An amazing local artist based in South Oxley and a Raw Vibes regular who uses his loop pedal to create incredible sounds
1pm - 3pm: Lauren Rich - Champ
2pm - 3pm: Shaun Twomey - One of our talented local musicians, who regularly gigs in Watford; with his brand of guitar and vocals he is bound to gar far!
Sunday - 11am - 2pm
11am - 1pm: Martin Renshaw - Lead singer of local band Lucien’s Library, Martin also runs an open mic night every fortnight in Watford. Championed by Jo Whiley he is sure to have a big future.
12noon - 2pm: Tom Craven - Local Legend! His latest video reached over 6,000 views, premier on Vibe 107.6 FM. Owner of Papermouth Presents, he is very well known in the local music scene.
Vibe 107.6 FM's very own Lee Partridge will also be entertaining the crowds on the steps near St. Mary's Church, so pop along and say hi!
