Hello Everyone! It is a new week, meaning that a whole new set of TV shows and films are upon us. From Netflix to Sky, the channels are loading us up with the ultimate binge watches.
Selecting my top five picks of the week was hard. However, I’ve managed to come up with a few that I think you are going to become obsessed with:
Behind Her Eyes, Netflix, 8am, Wed 17th Feb: This week’s top shows all seem to start on Wednesday. Including this new Netflix thriller. Following a young woman who begins an affair with her boss, only to become best friends with his wife, this is a Fatal Attraction type series that will leave you wanting more. Binge worthy on every level.
Devils, Sky Atlantic, 9pm, Wed 17th Feb: Starring Patrick Dempsey in a brand new role, this show will have you falling into the dark world of a financial conspiracy. With everything happening within 2021, this Italian thriller will have you on the edge of your seat throughout.
Celebrity Best Home Cook, BBC One, 9pm, Wed 17th Feb: If you are looking for something a little bit more lighthearted, than the finale of this cooking contest is just the dish. With the semi-final taking place the night before, there is going to be rising tensions in the kitchen to be named the ultimate celebrity home cook. Will it be Ed Balls? Or maybe Ferne McCann? Whoever it may be, you will find this show a sweet treat.
The Muppet Show, Disney+, 8am, Fri 19th Feb: It’s time to play the music and light the lights! All five series of this hit series are coming to Disney+ this week. Kermit, Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Gonzo and company are taking to the stage again to bring back the most famous muppets around. I won’t apologise for the theme song getting stuck in your head for days, as this is a family friendly delight.
It’s A Sin, Channel 4, 9pm, Fri 19th Feb: This instant cult classic has definitely given audiences the chance to feel every emotion possible whilst watching. Now coming to an end, the final one will leave you in pieces, so make sure to have tissues close by. If you haven’t watched the show, all episodes are available to stream on All4 and I would highly suggest you delve into them.
