The week of pure love is upon us! With it is a whole host of new TV shows and films, which we can all happily partner up with and get cosy. Make sure to pop the champers, grab a box of chocolates and snuggle down with my top five must-watch features:
Starstruck, Out Now, ITV Catch Up, Sunday 13th February: Miss the classic TV show, Stars In Their Eyes? Well, this new series hosted by Olly Murs is going to help fill the gap it has left. With teams of four fighting to win £50,000, singing and performing as their favourite stars, Saturday nights have just got even more entertaining. Catch up now on ITV Player.
Louis Theroux’s Forbidden America, 9pm, BBC Two, Sunday 13th February: The king of documentaries is back. With a new three part series, Louis is delving into the dark world of the internet and how dangerous it is for all of us. Hot topics are explored and interesting finds are had.
The French Dispatch, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Wednesday 16th February: Wes Anderson is well-known for making beautiful films. Well, The French Dispatch is definitely one of those. Classic Anderson stars return to tell the story of a set of journalists, who receive a set of love letters and stories about Paris.
Gemma Collins: Self-Harm & Me, 9pm, Channel 4, Wednesday 16th February: After spending years making us smile with her antics on TOWIE, Gemma Collins is allowing us all to explore a more personal aspect of her life. Since she was a teenager, Gemma has self-harmed, something that she has never really explored or got help for before. In this documentary, along with her family, Gemma finds out what would have happened if she had and speaks to others who have been affected.
Gogglebox, 9pm, Channel 4, Friday 18th February: Finally, the most famous sofa surfers are back to give us their hilarious opinions about what has been on our TVs this week. Whether you are a Giles and Mary or a Malones family fan, each and everyone will make you laugh throughout the night.
