The Top Five Shows and Films To Watch This Week (7th - 11th March 2022)

Okay, so we may not all be over the return of those Peaky Blinders yet. However, there are five more blinding film and TV shows I have found this week to capture our attention. Find my top picks below:

The Real Peaky Blinders, 9pm, BBC Two, Monday 7th March: If you as obsessed with the show as me, then you will want to watch this new two part documentary exploring the real gang. Find out how they influenced one of the most successful shows in the world, as you get over Sunday’s epic episode.

Interior Design Masters, 9pm, BBC One, Wednesday 9th March: Back for a second season, this show sees designers fighting to win the ultimate design master title. From beach huts to studios, there is no space left untouched by the creators.

The Postcard Killings, 8am, Prime Video UK, Friday 11th March: Based on the best-selling books, this new film sees a father, who happens to be a detective fighting to find put the truth behind his daughters murder. When others start suffering at the hands of the murderer, he must fight for control before it is too late.

Turning Red, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Friday 11th March: A fantastic new film from Disney Plus UK and Pixar, this is going to be the cutest feature you watch this year. With a fabulous voice cast, including Sandra Oh, the film follows Mei Lee, a 13-year-old girl who is torn between chaos and family dynamics. Yet, that isn’t her biggest problem, when she becomes a red panda. Don’t miss it, because I am certain everyone will be talking about it!

The Adam Project, 8am, Netflix, Friday 11th March: Starring Ryan Reynolds, this new sci-fi feature, sees his character go back in time to help his younger self. A perfect Sunday film filler to cosy up to.
