With Christmas sadly over and the cold months settling in, it is time to sit back and cosy up in front of the TV. Don’t miss these five features this week, which will be certain to keep you hooked throughout…

Playing Nice, 9pm, ITV One, Monday 6th January: Having started last night, with a catch up option available on ITVX, the show gets even more intense tonight. Battling to keep their families together, after discovering that the hospital mixed up their children at birth, the four parents discover that not everything can simple remain the same.

Inside the Factory, 8pm, BBC One, Tuesday 7th January: Paddy McGuinness made his debut on the show at Christmas and was a huge hit. However, in this week’s episode, he is discovering why he might not be as good as sliced bread, as he heads back to where he once worked, the Warburtons factory, to discover how they make the nation’s favourite loafs.

Patience, 9pm, Channel Four, Wednesday 8th January: When a young autistic woman is found to have a hidden talent for solving problems in her high profile job, she is soon recruited by a senior member to help crack cases. Full of suspense, this will leave you on the edge of your seat.

Dragons’ Den, 8pm, BBC One, Thursday 9th January: Back to mark the start of a new year, our favourite dragons are returning to help small businesses become bigger. Joining them along the way are some familiar faces including Joe Wicks.

Travel Man, 8:30pm, Channel Four, Friday 10th January: Joe Lycett knows how to make us and his fellow comedians laugh. So, it is great to see him return with his friends to show us the amazing wonders around the world.
