Joan, 9pm, ITV One, Sunday 29th and Monday 30th September: Telling the real life story of one mother’s mission to get her child back, this incredible series features Sophie Turner in a career defining role. When her daughter is put into care, by her, Joan decides that she must do the unthinkable to get her back. Gripping from start to finish.
Cast Away, 9pm, Channel Five, Monday 30th September: In what is probably going to be one of the most memorable TV shows of the year, Phillip Schofield is returning to our screens in this three part series. Left alone on a deserted island, Schofield will be made to survive on his own with no help from anyone. It’s definitely going to be a big talking point when on, so make sure to keep up to date over the next three nights.
Living Every Second: The Kris Hallenga Story, 9pm, BBC Two, Tuesday 1st October: The absolutely incredible woman behind the fantastic Coppa Feel charity tragically passed away last year. However, before her sad death, she allowed cameras inside her home to allow her to share her hard work and determination to help teach others about the symptoms of breast cancer and the importance to check ourselves.
Heartstopper (Season Three), 8am, Netflix UK, Thursday 3rd October: One of the biggest shows on Netflix is back! Ready to take on the third chapter from the book series it is based on, Charlie and co will keep the whole family entertained this weekend with its heartwarming and honest look at the LGBTQ+ community.
Challengers, 8am Prime Video UK, Friday 4th October: Probably the most talked about film of the summer, this raunchy feature stars Josh O’Connor and Zendaya in incredible roles. Revolving around the tennis world, the feature tells of the effects one couple have on others around them.
