Hospitals, handmaids and hours are the main focus of this week’s top five features that you cannot miss. Honestly, it would truly be spooky season if you didn’t watch at least one of the following:
The Handmaids Tale, 9pm, Channel 4/4OD, Sunday 23rd October/Out Now: Back for its fifth season, the intense drama this series brings will leave you on the edge of your seat. Honestly, the book may have been a winner, but the show is even better.
After Ever Happy, 8am, Prime Video UK, Out Now: In the final film in this raunchy franchise, the cast come together to close the series. With fans having high hopes for this one, it is definitely not to be missed.
Grey’s Anatomy, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Wednesday 26th October: Hospitals feature heavily this week in my line up, starting with the latest series from the world of Grey’s Anatomy. Now onto its nineteenth run, it just keeps getting better and better.
The Good Nurse, 8am, Netflix UK, Wednesday 26th October: Starring Eddie Redmayne and Jessica Chastain, this new feature, fresh from the London Film Festival, sees a nurse having to come to terms with the deaths of her patients. All at the hands of her fellow colleague.
The Devil’s Hour, 8am, Prime Video UK, Friday 28th October: With Halloween only a few days away, it is not surprising that our TVs are getting ready to spook us all. This new series follows a young woman, who finds herself waking up every night at the same time. The Devil’s Hour! Grab a cushion to hide behind for this one.
