Emotions are going to be running high this week, as all our channels are bringing in those autumn must-see features! From returning reality hits to new comedies, you are not going to want to miss my top five TV show picks…

Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, 9pm, Channel Four, Sunday 22nd September: The toughest reality show on TV is back, as the world famous SAS squad puts them to the test. With horrific challenges to face, will they stand it out? You will have to watch to find out.

The Great British Bake Off, 8pm, Channel Four, Tuesday 24th September: Kinder than the previous reality show, 12 bakers are about to descend onto the tent for this year’s competition. Let’s hope this year brings less soggy bottoms, melting mishaps and utter disasters for them.

Inside Out 2, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Wednesday 25th September: An emotional affair will delight all the family, as the incredible Disney Pixar team bring back Joy, Sadness Anger and a whole host of new emotions to highlight the changes the body goes through during puberty. Adults will love this as much as the kids for its beautiful messaging.

Ludwig, 9pm, BBC One, Wednesday 25th September: David Mitchell is back in his latest comedic role. After feeling like a failure in his own life, Mitchell’s Ludwig decides to become his missing DCI brother. All in the hopes of finding out what really happened to him.

Killer Heat, 8am, Prime Video UK, Thursday 26th September: Starring Richard Madden, Shailene Woodley and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, this thrilling feature from Prime Video will catapult us softly into spooky season. After a love triangle causes deadly consequences, a mysterious inspector is brought in to try and solve the case. However, can he be trusted? Get ready to be gripped!
