The world of reality is making our screens very entertaining this week! From sporting antics to sewing bees, there is something for everyone in my weekly top five must sees…

The Great British Sewing Bee, 9pm, BBC One, Tuesday 21st May: After 10 series, the show is celebrating as it makes its return to our screens. With a new host, the show has had a new look applied to it, however, it is still wondering. Put on a new outfit for this wonder.

A League Of Their Own: Mexican Road Trip, 9pm, Sky Max/Showcase, Tuesday 21st May: Back for another world adventure, Jamie Redknapp and the team are heading abroad for their latest sporting competition. Learning about the local culture, whilst running wild there are sure to be many laughs along the way.

Insomnia, 8am, Paramount+, Thursday 23rd May: Vicky McClure is returning this week in a new gripping thriller. Upon her 40th birthday, McClure’s character finds herself unable to sleep anymore. Something that sadly leads to a tragic breakdown. This has got awards season all over it.

The Kardashians, 8am, Disney+, Thursday 23rd May: The most famous sisters in the world are back to reveal more about their personal lives. From the looks of the first trailer, this series looks like it is going to be an emotional one. Especially for momager Kris.

The Nevermets, 10pm, Channel Four, Friday 24th May: Would you travel around the world to be with someone you have never met? The people in this new series would. From meeting online to chatting on dating apps, the ways that those meeting found each other are endless, yet their loves have no bounds. Watch to see if they can make it work or not.
