The Top Five Films and TV Shows to Watch this Week (14th - 19th April 2024)

From the longest ever episode of a childhood classic to a new member of the team, this week brings a whole range of fun filled viewing. It seems the sunshine has brought a sense of pure entertainment from the looks of my top five things to see over the next few days…

Bluey, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Sunday 14th April:  The longest ever episode of Bluey lands this Sunday, which means the whole family can be kept entertained all day. Prepare the little ones for the wedding of the year, as Bluey and Bingo embark on their aunt’s celebration.

Blue Bloods (Series Two), 9pm, BBC One, Monday 15th April: After a whole year, this comedy drama following a team of cops is finally being released. Full of action, this will be sure to kickstart your week full of power.

Welcome To Wrexham (Series Three), 8am, Disney Plus UK, Thursday 18th April: Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are back for a third season of their hit show. Taking audiences behind the scenes of the last few months at Wrexham AFC, the show will cover everything that has happened behind the scenes between the owners, players and fans.

The Apprentice, 9pm, BBC One, Thursday 18th April: It’s time to find out who Lord Alan Sugar will hire instead of fire, as the final has arrived. Who will keep their cool? Who will fall under the final hurdle? It’s going to be a funny but tension filled ending to this year’s series.

Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver, 8am, Netflix UK, Friday 19th April: Since the first part was released last year, fans have been waiting a long time for part two. Arriving just in time to binge watch over the weekend, you will be glued to your seat from all the action and fantasy on screen.
