Get ready to be glued to your TV screens, as the five shows I have picked out for you this week are truly addictive…

Secrets Of Supermarket Buyers, 8pm, Channel Four, Monday 14th April: Have you ever wondered how the products that are in our local supermarkets get there? Denise Van Outen is exploring the way those trendy items are selected in this new series, starting with an inside look at Waitrose.

The Last Of Us (Series Two), 9pm, Sky Atlantic, Monday 14th April: It was the show that got everyone talking last year and now it is back for a second season. Expect to have your heart rate raised with the newest episodes from the post apocalyptic series that everyone will be watching.

Good American Family, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Wednesday 16th April: When a family adopts a child with dwarfism they believe that their family is complete. However, not all is as it seems with the child. Get ready to be caught up in this thrilling story that will leave you shocked from start to finish.

The Stolen Girl, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Wednesday 16th April: When a young girl goes on a sleepover at her friend’s house, her mum believes that she is safe in the hands of the family she is staying with. However, upon going to pick her up, she finds that they have all disappeared, including her little girl. It’s definitely a series that everyone will be binging.

Ransom Canyon, 8am, Netflix UK, Thursday 17th April: If you are a Yellowstone fan then get ready for Netflix’s take on the western genre. Capturing the stories of a number of families, there is going to be sadness, love and humour, plus plenty of horses wrapped up in this one.
