From history to heroics, you can beat these five features that you must see. Be prepared to go dotty or spotty in some cases this week with my ultimate TV picks to binge on…
Wolf Hall: The Mirror and The Light, 9pm, BBC One/iPlayer, Sunday 10th November: Damien Lewis is back as Henry VIII in this retelling of the famous Hilary Mantel bestseller. Be prepared for a lot of darkness, as the story delves into the later years of his reign.
Interior Design Masters For Children In Need, 8pm, BBC One, Tuesday 12th November: Celebrities are coming on board to help host Alan Carr redesign a charity building that Children in Need has helped. Who will win? Well, I’m sure Pudsey will be helping to decide. I’m guessing one room will have a few spots in it.
An Almost Christmas Story, 8am, Disney Plus UK, Friday 15th November: Are you ready for the festive films to begin? This family friendly feature from Disney Plus is an original animation that brings to life the story of a young owl, who finds herself trapped in the tree being used at the Rockefeller Centre. Witness the true heart of Christmas come to life in this short film.
Children In Need, 7pm , BBC One, Friday 15th November: Get those Pudsey ears out! It is one of the biggest nights of the year to help raise as much money for charity! Expect a whole host of familiar faces taking part in fun and hugely generous ways.
Big Brother: The Final, 9pm, ITV Two, Friday 15th November: If you have been following this year’s housemates then it is finally time to see who will win the big cash prize! With so much at stake, Big Brother is sure to make the last few hours fun but testy. Just remember not to swear when watching!
