Hey everyone! Do you love a competition? This week, our TV screens are going to be filled with them, as the fight to win the football, lots of food fights and the best brain in the country, is being presented to us. It’s time to get ready for some intense viewing to say the least, as they have taken over my top five must watch list:
Euro 2020 Final, 7pm, BBC One and ITV, Sunday 11th July: Of course I couldn’t miss the most important match of the whole Euros! Taking place at Wembley tonight, no matter who you are supporting. Whether you like football or not. This is the one to watch. Find the biggest TV that you can and get stuck into the most nerve wracking game of the year.
Fast Food Face Off, 8am, BBC Three/iPlayer, Monday 12th July: We all love a food show mixed with just the right amount of comedy. Starring Josh Widdecombe, this new fast food series sees stars racing out to try the best takeaways from around the country. Let’s hope they come to our area ASAP.
Cooking With The Stars, 9pm, ITV, Tuesday 13th July: Continuing the food trend, this new series sees stars paired up with some of the UK’s best chefs to learn how to cook. Each week, they will fight for their place in the competition, with the worst being voted out. Out of all of my selections, this is the one I can’t wait to see the most.
Race To The Center Of The Earth, 8am, Disney+, Wednesday 14th July: Competition is the running theme this week and out of them all this is the most intense. Battling endless obstacles and obstructions, the contestants must get to the place the episode sends them on to win the ultimate prize. It’s going to be an intense viewing.
Can I Improve My Memory?, 8pm, Channel 4, Thursday 15th July: Quiz shows are what this country is good at creating. From The Chase to Tipping Point, we love to put out knowledge to the test. This new series from Channel 4 sees celebrities having to learn everything about a certain subject. All before being put to the test to see how much they have remembered about it. The star who scores the least amount will be voted off. Exciting and educating. Perfection!
Let us know what you have been watching and what you are most looking forward to catching over the course of the week, via our social media pages, as we would love to hear all about them!
