Celebrate the Cassiobury Fireworks 2019 by winning with Palmers Motor Company!

To start the countdown to the event on Saturday 2nd November, Vibe 107.6 FM are giving away an amazing Berg Jeep Sahara go kart courtesy of Palmers Motor Company!

Valued at over £100, the Jeep pedal go kart features a striking green and black colour combination, and would make a great present for a child aged between 2 and 5 years old!

The competition to win this fantastic prize from Palmers Motor Company is now open until midnight on Thursday 24th October 2019. The winner, chosen by random from all the correct entries, will be announced on Froday 25th October by Miles Blumsom on the Vibe 107.6 FM Breakfast show.

Vibe 107.6 FM will be hosting the stage with presenters, Laura Alexandra and Lee Partridge compering the event. On stage entertainment will start at 6.30pm, with live performances from Georgia and the Vintage Youth from 7.00pm. The enormous bonfire will be lit at 7.30pm, with a spectacular firework display starting at 8.00pm but to make sure you don’t miss a great evening, get there early! 

Organised and funded by Watford Borough Council, as part of their Watford Big Events series,the Cassiobury Fireworks is of a FREE of charge event but please give generously to the volunteers who will be collecting on behalf of local charities, including Peace Hospice Care. This year's stage sponsors are Cineworld Watford, intu Watford and Palmers Motor Company, with more prizes to give away before and on Saturday 2^nd November!

In addition to all the great entertainment, you can also take advantage of the variety of food and drink outlets, kiddies funfair rides and bungee trampolines, which will be keeping everyone well fed and entertained before the fireworks countdown.

Please be aware that the Watford v Chelsea game is a 5.30pm kick off, so the roads will be busier than normal.

To keep everyone safe no sparklers, fireworks or alcohol are allowed in the park.

​Getting to the park:

There is NO PARKING in the Gade Avenue car park from 3pm, apart from a limited number of blue badge spaces, which are available on a first come first served basis.  There are parking restrictions on surrounding roads to the park from 7am to 11pm, so you are advised to park in one of the public car parks in the town centre.

​Limited car parking, at £5 per car, is available at the following locations:

• ​Cassiobury Junior School, Bellmount Wood Ave, WD17 3PD (120 spaces, open from 5.45pm)
• Fullerians Rugby Club, Coningesby Drive, WD17 3PB
• Sun Sports & Social Club, Bellmount Wood Ave, WD17 3BN
