The event is a celebration of intu Watford's new opening hours, which will see the shopping cenre opening until 8.00pm every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 3rd October. Also, throughout the month of October, parking in any of the centre's car parks will be FREE from 5.00pm onwards.
