Ashridge House launches its first vintage fayre

Ten days of fantastic fairground fun will be hosted by Ashridge House this Easter

Between the 1st of April to the 10th,  Ashridge House is inviting the public to indulge in a joyous spring fayre.

The impressive grounds and gardens will be furnished with a Helter Skelter, Dogemes, giant Jenga, and much more exciting entertainment.

There will also be food and drink stalls serving everything from ice cream, cakes, and cookies to hotdogs and various savoury treats.

At only twelve pounds per ticket, with under fours going free, this is a wonderful opportunity for families and friends to enjoy a day out in the sun.

More on offer includes, The Bakehouse, Ashridge house’s new restaurant will include a special Farmhouse Dinner, from April 1st to April 16th. With guests being offered a classic home comfort two-course meal. Not only this but a festive Eater Afternoon tea will be available on Good Friday. 

If you're looking for something more adult-friendly, the Vault bar will be open from 4 pm on weekdays, and from 12 pm on weekends.

With fun for all ages this truly is the perfect opportunity to celebrate this beautiful time of year.

Commenting on the first fayre, Beatrice Outram, Live Events Manager at Ashridge House said: “We’re really excited about hosting our first vintage fayre and attracting the local community, as well as guests from further afield looking for fun things to do during the Easter holidays.” 

Dating back over seven hundred years, Ashridge House has a vast, unique, rich history, a wonderful place to visit and immerse yourself in culture and family fun.
