Jamie: What To Eat This Week, 8pm, Channel Four, Monday 15th July: For a long time, Sunday nights have been spent meal prepping for the rest of the week for many. However, if you are finding yourself stuck on what to cook every day of the week, then Jamie Oliver is returning to the kitchen to help us prepare and enjoy some of the best and easiest dishes this summer.

The Jetty, 9pm, BBC One, Monday 15th July: Starring Jenna Coleman, this new crime thriller follows her detective character, as she delves into the dark secrets surrounding where she lives. As she uncovers some shocking truths, she finds herself reflecting on the age gap between herself and her late husband. A relationship surrounded in mystery.

Simone Biles: Rising, 8am, Netflix UK, Wednesday 17th July: Departing from the Olympic team early during the last games, due to taking care of her mental health, Simone Biles is back. Preparing for Paris 2024, the sporting star takes viewers behind the scenes, sharing how she is getting ready to make her comeback to the big stage.

Those About To Die, 8am, Prime Video UK, Friday 19th July: If you are patiently waiting for Gladiator Two, this series will help tide you by. Starring Anthony Hopkins, this dark drama shows a side to the Roman arenas that hasn’t been displayed before.

BBC Proms 2024, 7pm, BBC One, Friday 19th July: There is nothing better than a bit of music on a Friday night! The BBC Proms are back and kicking off the festivities in style tonight. Pop this on and enjoy in the background whilst entertaining guests or eating dinner.
